In spring 2021 our client acquired a half-built conversion project that involved substantial re-working of an old single storey stable block. Our brief was to complete construction on the project transforming it into a four bedroom, two storey house.
I was impressed with the quality of the work carried out by Ryan’s in -house team of craftsmen , so I sat down with him and between us we came up with some great ideas to improve the layout of the building in a cost effective way . Nothing was too much of an obstacle for them and we quickly agreed a new budget , which was realistic and achieved .
The project involved high quality stonework and floor finishes all of which were completed to a very high standard . Needless to say the house was let before it was completed as it was clearly a quality job!
